Peach Melba Ingredients

  • Peach 1 cup
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Ice cubes as required

Peach Melba Cooking Directions

  1. In a juicer machine, blend together peach, fresh cream, honey and sugar.

  2. When ingredients are well combined, add ice cubes and blend enough till ice cubes are crushed.

  3. Peach Melba is ready to serve

Special Falooda - Many enjoy this wonderful dessert as a drink and dessert, and hence serve it up in a glass that just looks mouthwatering. This special falooda is a must try to cool of sweetly in the summer heat!

Special Falooda Ingredients

  • Falooda vermicelli 1 cup
  • Milk 1 glass
  • Ice 1 cup
  • Pineapple 1 cup
  • Ice cream 2 cup
  • Screw pine 1-2 drops
  • Sugar syrup ½ cup
  • Red Jelly ½ packet
  • Green jelly ½ packet
  • Nuts as required
  • Red syrup (rooh afza) as required

Special Falooda Cooking Directions

  1. Add milk, red syrup, ice and screw pine in blender and blend well.

  2. Take 2 glasses and add vermicelli then pour the blended milk into glasses.

  3. Fill the glass half.

  4. Add pineapple chunks, jelly, sugar syrup and ice cream scoop.

  5. Garnish and serve immediately.

Falooda - Summer delight, rich in taste. A yummy recipe made of vermicelli, ice cream, jelly, sugar syrup. For more taste garnish with fresh fruits and nuts.

Falooda Ingredients

  • Sugar as required
  • Corn flour 1 cup
  • Water 3 cups
  • Tukhm balanga 100 gram
  • Crushed Pistachio 50 gram
  • Crushed Almonds 50 gram
  • Coconut powder 50 gram
  • Red syrup 100 gram
  • Banana jelly 2packet
  • Strawberry jelly 2 packets
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • King Qulfa 1 kg

Falooda Cooking Directions

  1. Dissolve and cook 1 cup sugar in 1 cup water.

  2. Mix corn flour in rest of the water and add to the sugar added water (which you made before).

  3. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes till the mixture becomes thick.

  4. Take a bowl with ice cold water.

  5. Pour the hot mixture into the machine and make falooda vermicelli.

  6. Immediately soak the vermicelli in the cold water.

  7. Make the jellies now and leave to cool. Then cut into pieces.

  8. Heat sugar in a pan and when it gets dissolve/ melt; add pistachio and almonds to it.

  9. Grease a tray and pour the mixture on it and spread.

  10. When the sugar and nuts mixture gets set, take it off and crush it.

  11. Take a long beautiful glass and add the ingredients in this order: coconut powder, strawberry jelly, pistachio, banana jelly, tukhm balanga, vermicelli, almonds, 1 tbsp condensed milk, king qulfa, red syrup and at the end, garnish with crunch.

  12. Serve immediately.
