Chef Rida Aftab has simplified making bihari kabab for us. Grill the marinated kebabs or cook it in a pan. Either way, they taste exceptional.
Bihari Kabab Ingredients
- Beef Â½ kg
- Papaya Paste 1 tbsp
- Fried onion 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 125 grams
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Roasted cumin 1 tsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tsp
- Nutmeg powder Â¼ tsp
- All spice powder 2 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Salt Â½ tsp
- Mustard oil 4 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Coal 1
Bihari Kabab Cooking Directions
Cut the beef into thin slices. (2 - 3inches wide and 4 inches long)
Now marinate meat in all the ingredients except 2tbsp oil and coal for 3 hours.
Now thread the meat in skewers and put the meat over heated charcoal or fry the meat in a frying pan with oi.
When the meat becomes tender, place a inflamed charcoal into the frying pan.
Drizzle a little oil over it, immediately cover tightly and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Tasty bihari kabab is ready to serve.
Serve hot with onion ringlets, mint chutney and naan.
