Ingredients Apple Cake

  • Ingredients
  • Eggs 2
  • Plain flour 1 cup
  • Icing sugar 1 cup
  • Butter 100 grams
  • Apple 100 grams
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
  • Caster sugar ¼ tsp

Cooking Directions Apple Cake

  1. In a bowl add plain flour, icing sugar, butter, eggs, baking powder and vanilla essence and beat well.

  2. Peel and finely slice apples.

  3. Then pour this mixture in a baking pan with apples.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 250 c for 12 to 15 minutes.

  5. Apple cake is ready to serve.
