Extra hot and extra spicy chilli chicken. Chilli chicken can be serve with fried rice or boiled noodles with sauce.
Chilli Chicken Ingredients
- Chicken boneless ½ kg
- Green chilies 250 gm
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Dry red chilies (long) 3 - 4
- Spring onion 1 - 2 sprigs
- Garlic 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Ginger 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Black pepper ½ tsp crushed
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 3 tbsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Chilli Chicken Cooking Directions

In a pan heat oil, add sliced red chilies and fry till they begin to sizzle.

Remove the chilies.

In the same oil, add chopped ginger, finely chopped garlic and chicken.

Stir fry for 2 - 3 minutes on high flame till the oil forms a separate layer on top.

Now add sliced green chilies and fry again for 1 - 2 minutes on high flame.

Then add soya sauce, chili garlic sauce, stock, black pepper and salt to taste, cook on a low flame.

When the mixture starts to thicken, add fried red chillies and dish out.

Garnish with spring onions and serve.
