An almost no-cook recipe for stir-fry rice that is incredibly yummy, easy and versatile to use for a variety of main course that require rice. You can even use left-over plain white rice for this stir-fry.
Simple Fried Rice Ingredients
- Rice (previously boiled and cooled) 4 cups
- Green Onion (chopped) 1
- Green Chilli (chopped) 1
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Garlic cloves (crushed and chopped)
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
Simple Fried Rice Cooking Directions

Heat oil in wok and swirl to coat all sides.

Add garlic, green chilli, green onion and stir-fry,

Add rice and while stirring sprinkle salt and black pepper.

Serve immediately on serving dish.
