Vegetable fried rice makes a good companion for most of the Chinese curries, meatballs and tempuras. Enjoy this convenient and delicious recipe of vegetable Fried Rice.
Vegetable Fried Rice Ingredients
- Rice 1 cup
- Carrots 2
- Capsicum 1
- Cabbage 1/4 part
- Spring onions 2
- Ginger/garlic paste 1 tsp
- White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
Vegetable Fried Rice Cooking Directions

Boil rice and then pour cold water over them.

Sieve and set aside.

Finely cut capsicum, cabbage, carrots and onions in the same size.

Put ginger/garlic paste and vegetables in a pot and fry them slightly.

Add rice to the fried vegetables and mix well.

Add soya sauce, sugar, salt and white pepper powder in the rice and mix well.

Serve solo or with a curry of your choice.
