This is a simple chutney from Shireen Anwar, serve with snacks.
Aloo Bukhara Chutney Ingredients
- Dried plums 200 grams
- water 2 cups
- Sugar 2 cups
- Melon seeds 1 tbsp
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Red edible food color pinch
Aloo Bukhara Chutney Cooking Directions
Soak plums in 2 cups of water.
Take a pan add sugar.
Put half cup of water from the water that the dried plums have been soaking in to the sugar.,make sheera.
WhenÂ sugar is melted add plums with 1 and half cup of water.
Cook until desired thickness.
In last add melon seeds, cardmom pwder, red edible food colour .
Aloo bukhara chutney is ready to serve
