Keri Ka Murrabba (Green Mango Preserve)-Murabba or morabba is an Arabic word meaning to preserve. This versatile murabba is made of finely chopped raw mangoes. Enjoy this pickle with hot rotis or a spicy vegetable
Keri Ka Murrabba (Green Mango Preserve) Ingredients
- Keri (Raw Mango) 1/2 kg
- Water 2-1/2 cup
- Sugar 750 gm
- Small Cardamom Seeds 1 tbsp
- Saffron 1/2 tsp
Keri Ka Murrabba (Green Mango Preserve) Cooking Directions

Wash raw mangoes under running water.
Peel off and grate them. -
Soak in water for 2 hours.

Drain out water and soak them in fresh water again.

Again drain out the water of karees.

Cook sugar in water until it dissolves and add karees in it.

Cook at a slow flame for 30 minutes.

Add small cardamom seeds in it.

Add saffron when it starts boiling.
Mix well for some time and take off from the stove.
