Onion and Yogurt Raita - A great onion yogurt sauce recipe. quick simple and easy. Enjoy it with rice or kebabs.
Onion and Yogurt Raita Ingredients
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Onion 1
- Green chilies 4
- Water 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Coriander (chopped) 2 tbsp
- Mint (chopped) 2 tbsp
Onion and Yogurt Raita Cooking Directions

Add onion, green chilies, water, salt, cumin seeds, coriander and mint to a blender.

Blend to combine all ingredients, but the texture should remain rough.

Mix it with yogurt and serve onion and yogurt raita with your meal.
