Rasam Masala (Rasam Spice) Ingredients
- Red chillies 150 gm
- Coriander seeds 150 gm
- Peppercorns 40 gm
- Gram lentils (Chana daal) 40 gm
- Pigeon peas (Tur daal) 25 gm
- Whole turmeric powder pieces 40 gm
- Cumin seeds 40 gm
Rasam Masala (Rasam Spice) Cooking Directions

Clean and dry ingredients in the sun.
