Khana Pakana

It may sound strange mostly we hear about chocolate cookies;but it is really good, as it’s very simple and fun to putting the icing on top no doubt "its yummy absolutely delicious irresistible chocolate biscuits."
Chocolate Biscuits Ingredients

Flour 125 gm
Caster sugar 75 gm
Egg 1
Butter 150 gm
Baking powder ¼ tsp
Coco powder 1 tbsp
For chocolate icing:
Icing sugar 50 gm
Coco powder 1 tbsp
Water 1 tbsp

Chocolate Biscuits Cooking Directions

Method for Icing: Cook icing sugar,coco powder and water together for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat.

Icing is ready to use.

Method for Biscuits: Beat butter and sugar.

Then add egg , beat again.

Fold in sieved flour, coco powder and baking powder mixture, mix slightly to form into a soft dough.

Put mixture in a piping bag fitted with star nozzle and pipe biscuits on a baking tray.

Press the center of biscuit and baked in a pre heated oven 180 degree C for 12 -15 minutes.

Remove, cool and top with icing.
