These crunchy and chewy cookies are a delight to served to children and adults, whether its birthday party, or serve beside you tea cup, these are scrumptiously easy to make!
Cornflakes Macroon Ingredients
- Egg white 2
- Cornflakes (crushed)
- Castor Sugar 3 tbsp
- Strawberry sauce
- Cherries (optional)
- Peanuts chopped
- Almond chopped
Cornflakes Macroon Cooking Directions

Preheat oven at 190C.

In a bowl put egg whites and beat with beater till frothy/foamy.

Put sugar very carefully in egg whites by folding with spoon.

Add cornflakes in egg white mixture.

Put chopped nuts and mix well.

Grease baking tray.

Scoop up with a spoon and drop one by one on baking tray.

Bake at 190C for 10 minutes.

Optional: Decorate with starwberry sauce and cherries.
