These lovely little chocolaty nutty delights are wonderful to have anytime of the day or to serve at any occasion. A fairly straightforward recipe and can easily be made in advance.
Nutty Chocolate Clusters Ingredients
- White chocolate 6 ounces
- Graham crackers 3 1/2 ounces
- Brazil nuts 1 cup
- Preserved ginger(chopped) 1 ounce
- Dark chocolate 6 ounces
Nutty Chocolate Clusters Cooking Directions

Line a cookie sheet with baking parchment.

Break the white chocolate into small pieces and melt in a double boiler.

Break the graham crackers into small pieces.

Stir the graham crackers into the melted chocolate, together with the chopped nuts and preserved ginger, if using.

Place heaping teaspoons of the mixture onto the prepared cookie sheet.

Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until set, then carefully remove the clusters from the baking parchment.

Melt the dark chocolate and let cool slightly.

Dip the clusters into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip back into the bowl.

Return the clusters to the cookie sheet and chill in the refrigerator until set.
