After all breakfast is the most important meal of the day and sahur for Ramadan. Do tryout this simple and easy recipe of chanay ki tarkari on Sahur and serve it with paratha.
Chanay Ki Tarkari Ingredients
- Chickpeas Â½ kg (boiled)
- Mustard seeds Â½ tsp
- Onion seeds Â½ tsp
- Fenugreek seeds Â½ tsp
- Fennel seeds Â½ tsp
- Whole red chilies 5
- Salt Â½ tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Chanay Ki Tarkari Cooking Directions
Take a pan and boil already cooked chickpeas with 2 cup water and cook for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan and turn off the flame, sizzle whole red chilies, mustard seed, onion seed, fenugreek seed, fennel seed and salt.
Pour over the boiled chickpeas.
Serve hot with Chapatti and Naan.
