Arabi Shahi Tukray Ingredients
Bread slices 6
Condensed Milk 1 tin
Orange Marmalade 2 - 3 tbsp
Sugar ½ cup
Dry apricots 10
Almonds 15
Cardamom 4
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Silver paper few
Oil for frying
Arabi Shahi Tukray Cooking Directions
Take a wok and fry bread slices in it.
In a frying pan put condensed milk, corn flour, and cardamom, cook on low flame to make a thick paste.
Now take a separate frying pan and melt sugar in it for making caramel.
Add dry apricots and almonds in it.
Arrange fried toast in wide serving dish, spread milk paste on the toast then orange marmalade, almonds and apricots and at the end decorate with silver paper.
Arabic shahi tukray are ready to serve.
