Bavarian mint fudge is going to be your family's new favorite sweet. The mintiness in chocolate fudge makes it the best refreshing after dinner sweet.
Bavarian Mint Fudge Ingredients
- Chocolate chips 4 cups
- Condensed milk 1 tin (approximately 11.5 oz)
- Peppermint essence 1 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Butter 1, ½ tsp
- Coconut crushed 1, 1/2 tbsp for garnishing
- Green food color a few drop
Bavarian Mint Fudge Cooking Directions

Line a 11 by 7 inches pan with foil, grease the foil with 1, 1/2 tsp butter and keep aside.

In a sauce pan melt the chocolate chips with 1 tbsp butter over low heat, stir until smooth.

Remove from heat, stir in condensed milk and both essences.

Mix well, spread into the prepared pan, refrigerate until set.

Remove, cut fudge into inch square and serve in petit four cases.

For Garnishing: Dye crushed coconut in a few drops of green food color and leave to dry.

Sprinkle dyed coconut on top of fudge.
