Fruit fingers is a light dry fruit caky dessert that would make a great companion with breakfast or evening tea. Try it out and let us know how you liked it.
Fruit Fingers Ingredients
- Eggs 2
- Flour 1 cup
- Castor Sugar ½ cup
- Raisin ½ cup
- Dates ½ cup
- Butter 125 gm
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Lemon essence ½ tsp
Fruit Fingers Cooking Directions

Beat together butter, castor sugar and eggs.

Sift together flour and baking powder.

Fold butter mixture into flour and add lemon essence, mix well.

Now add dates and raisin and fold in again.

Pour this mixture in baking tin and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
