Khoya Peda is a Bengali sweet, usually prepared in thick, semi-soft pieces. The main ingredients are khoya/mawa, sugar including cardamom seeds, pistachio and almonds. Khoa ka peda by Chef Saadat is realy quick, easy and a wonderful recipe for sweet lovers.
Khoya Balls (Solidified Milk Balls) Ingredients
- Solidified milk (khoya/mawa) 1 kg
- Sugar powdered 200 gm
- Green cardamom 10 (powdered)
- Pistachios and Almonds 20 (crushed)
Khoya Balls (Solidified Milk Balls) Cooking Directions

Cook solidified milk for 10 minutes.

Slightly cool and then mix sugar powder, green cardamom powder, pistachios and almonds.

Finally shape into small balls and serve.
