Quick Chocolate Mousse Ingredients

  • Fresh Cream 250 gm
  • Chocolate 250 gm
  • Castor sugar 1 cup
  • Coco powder 2 tbsp
  • Egg white 2
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp
  • Milk ½ cup

Quick Chocolate Mousse Cooking Directions

  1. Beat half of castor sugar with cream.

  2. In another bowl beat egg whites, with remaining castor sugar, and vanilla essence.

  3. Cook chocolate and coco powder in milk.

  4. When it thick add both the mixtures in it.

  5. Cool and put in refrigerator.

  6. Serve chilled.
