Sev Ki Barfi Ingredients
- Khoya 300g
- Vermicelli 500g
- Sugar 250g
- Ghee 150g
- Fried almonds 1tbsp
- Cardamom powder 1tsp
Sev Ki Barfi Cooking Directions
Cook vermicelli in sufficient water.
Add sugar and cook till the vermicelli is done and it leaves the sides of the pan.
Now stir the ghee and add the crumbled khoya.
Then stir in the cardamom powder.
Pour the mixture onto a greased tray, level the mixture and decorate with fried almonds.
Allow it to cool and cut into square shapes.
