Shahi Tukray Ingredients
- Milk 1 kg
- Sugar ¼ kg
- Saffron 1 pinch
- Khoya 125 gm
- Almond 10 gm
- Pistachio 10 gm
- Bread 6 slice
- Oil for deep frying
- Silver paper for garnish
- Cardamom 1 pinch
Shahi Tukray Cooking Directions

Deep fry bread slices till it gets golden, put them in a strainer.

Now boil milk in a saucepan add saffron, sugar and cardamom, cook the milk until it gets half.

Arrange bread slices in a dish, pour milk on the slices, then sprinkle khoya, pistachio and almond. Decorate with silver papers.
