Namkeen Lassi - Salty buttermilk is a very refreshing drink. It cools the body in hot blazing summer days and is consumed in large quantities in Sub-Continent during the summer.
Namkeen Lassi (Salty Buttermilk) Ingredients
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Water 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Roasted cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Crushed ice 1 cup
Namkeen Lassi (Salty Buttermilk) Cooking Directions

In blender add yogurt, water, salt, roasted cumin seeds and crushed ice.

Blend well till smooth.

Pour in glasses and serve chilled
