Egg and Potato Gravy Ingredients
- Egg's 06
- Potatoes 250 gm
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Onion paste 02 medium size
- Tomato paste 01 cup
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- Gram masla powder 1/4 tsp
- Mehti dana 1/4 tsp
- Green chilies 2
- Curry pata leaves 01 stem.
- Green coriander leaves 1/2 bunch.
- Oil 2 tbsp
Egg and Potato Gravy Cooking Directions

Take eggs and, full boil them, remove the shell’s.

Peel the potatoes, cut them 1x4 pieces, keep them in salty water.

Take a medium size cooking pot, put on the fire, put some oil, as the oil get warm, put onion puree, stir it for couple of minutes

Now add ginger & garlic paste., keep stirring, now add curry pata leaves, mehti dana, tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala & salt and pepper to taste.

Stir them till the masala is cooked, add 02 cup water, leave it to boil, add the potatoes in the sauce

Let it coo till the potatoes are cooked & the curry is ready

Now put the boiled eggs into the gravy, sprinkle with chopped Green coriander leaves.

Serve it hot steamed rice.
