Egg Fried Rice Ingredients
Rice 500gm
Salt to taste
Vinegar 2tsp
Soya sauce 1tsp
Eggs 4
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Food colour (yellow) 1 pinch (mix in little water so doesn’t make lumps)
Crushed ginger-garlic 2tsp
Chicken stock ½ cup
Spring onion 1 bunch
Oil ½ cup
Egg Fried Rice Cooking Directions
Boil rice in water with salt and vinegar and soya sauce
In a bowl add eggs, salt and black pepper, also add food colour.
Fry scrambled eggs like an omelette and break into little pieces.
Take separate pan and heat 1 tsp oil, add crushed ginger garlic and sauté it.
