A delicious and easy rice recipe that would go with all of your favorite steamed, roast, grilled or fried dishes.
Omelete Pulao Ingredients
- Eggs 6
- Cooked rice 2 cup
- Finely chopped parsley (or coriander) 1/4 cup
- Onion 1
- Green chillies 2
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Omelete Pulao Cooking Directions

Add finely chopped parsley, onion and green chillies to well beaten eggs.

Put in the salt and make 3 omelets with it.

Chop the omelets into square pieces.

Heat 2 tbsp ghee and stir fry the cooked rice in it and salt to taste.

Mix the omelet pieces in it. Serve hot.
