Pakistani Scrambled Egg - A quick and easy desi recipe of eggs. Protein rich eggs are cooked with onion, tomatoes and aromatic curry leaves.
Pakistani Scrambled Egg Ingredients
- Eggs 3
- Salt as per taste
- Onion 1,1/2
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves as required
- Green coriander 2-3 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Tomato 1
- Green chili chopped 5
Pakistani Scrambled Egg Cooking Directions

Add salt to egg and whisk.

Fry curry leaves and mustard seeds in oil.

Add chopped onion and fry till soft.

Then add red chili, turmeric, green chili, coriander little water and tomato and cook till tender.

Now add the whisked eggs and scramble it.

Dish it out and serve with boiled rice, bun or chapatti.
