Marinate chicken with all the ingredients and take a little mixture and skew on the skewers so that the tikkas do not break off in places.
Ingredients Shahi Malai Tikka
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbsps
- Desiccated coconut 2 tbsps
- Almond 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Raw papaya 1 tbsp
Cooking Directions Shahi Malai Tikka
