Chocolate Chip Ice Cream is a  smooth , sweet cold eaten as dessert & snack euqally famous in kids and elder!

Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Ingredients

  • Egg whites 4
  • Castor sugar 10tbsp or to taste
  • Fresh cream 200gms
  • Coco powder 2tbsp
  • Chocolate Chips as desired
  • chocolate essence 1/2tsp

Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cooking Directions

  1. Seperate egg whites and beat with beater till egg whites become like foam,

  2. Add sugar and beat then add coco powder, essence, Chocolate chips and beat them again

  3. Add cream at last and beat slighly

  4. Pour the mixture in air tight box and put it in freezer over night for 10-12 hours.

  5. NOTE: DO NOT OPEN REFRIGERATOR AGAIN & AGAIN.
