Mocha Magic Ice Cream - The delicious creamy blend of coffee and chocolate is simply irresistible in ice cream. For best result read KhanaPakana's article "How to Make Ice Cream by Hand"

Mocha Magic Ice Cream Ingredients

  • Evaporated milk chilled 1/2 tin
  • Condensed milk chilled 1/2 tin
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Whipped cream 1, 1/2 cup
  • Icing sugar 2 tbsp
  • Eggs white 2
  • Melted chocolate 1/2 cup
  • Coffee 1, 1/2 tsp
  • Hot water 1 tbsp

Mocha Magic Ice Cream Cooking Directions

  1. Dissolve coffee in hot water and keep aside.

  2. Beat chilled evaporated milk till thick and fluffy.

  3. Add condensed milk and vanilla essence and mix well.

  4. In another bowl beat cream till stiff with 1 tbsp icing sugar.

  5. Add in dissolved coffee and melted chocolate.

  6. In another bowl beat egg whites till stiff with 1 tbsp icing sugar.

  7. Lightly fold in all ingredients together.

  8. Pour mixture into air tight container.

  9. Freeze overnight till firm.
