Crispy Chicken Kebab - Instead of getting bored with simple kebabs, try these crispy and spicy chicken kebabs with refreshing mint flavor by Zubaida Tariq. Try them with ketchup or your other favorite dip and satisfy your taste buds.
Crispy Chicken Kebab Ingredients
- Mint leaves 1 bunch
- Egg white 2
- Chopped green chili 4
- Oil to fry
- MIXTURE:
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Bread crumbs 1 pack
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Red chili 1 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Seekh kebab spice 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Crispy Chicken Kebab Cooking Directions

Combine all the ingredients of mixture and chop together in electric chopper.

Then add mint leaves, egg, green chili and knee well.

Make kebabs of desired shape and deep fry in oil.

Tasty crispy kebabs are ready, serve hot with ketchup.
