Deep Fried Chicken Cutlets - A recipe of chicken cutlets made by mixing and mashing. Great recipe for children lunch box and burgers.
Deep Fried Chicken Cutlets Ingredients
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Porridge 1 cup
- Eggs 2
- Onion chopped/mashed 2
- Whole spice powder 1 tsp
- Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Chopped green chili 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Roasted sesame seeds 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- Gram flour a pinch
Deep Fried Chicken Cutlets Cooking Directions

Mix all the ingredients in chicken mince except for oil.

Knead well.

Leave the mixture to rest for about half an hour.

Make cutlets of desired size and shape.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cutlets on low flame till golden brown.

Takeout in a platter on absorbent paper.

Immediately sprinkle a pinch of gram flour on them.

Serve hot with naan and tomato sauce.
