Lebanese Kebab - A delicious mouth watering recipe of kebabs, made with beef mine and vegetables, coated with breadcrumbs and fried. Serve hot with thom and humus.
Lebanese Kebab Ingredients
- Beef Mince 1 kg
- Noodles boiled 1 pack
- Potato boiled 2
- Green peas 1 cup
- Bread crumbs 1 pack
- Eggs 2
- Salt as required
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Green chilli 4
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
Lebanese Kebab Cooking Directions

Cook mince with ginger garlic paste, soya sauce and salt in a pan.

When water dried, put mince in a chopper and add noodles, green peas and potato and chop it and make batter.

Now make kebab from batter.

Coat it with egg and bread crumbs.

Deep fry it till it become golden brown.
