Malai Seekh Kebab - Malai kebabs are now desired over basic kebabs. The creamy taste with meat and spices is just exceptional. Enjoy this recipe of malai seekh kebab made with beef, cream, coconut and yogurt.
Malai Seekh Kebab Ingredients
- Beef 1/2 kg
- Onions 2
- Green chillies 6
- Garlic cloves 6
- Ginger piece 1
- Coconut (crushed) 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Nutmeg and mace 1/2 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Oil for frying
Malai Seekh Kebab Cooking Directions

In a chopper add beef, then add onions, green chillies, garlic cloves, ginger, chopped coconut, red chilli powder, all spice powder, cumin seed, nutmeg, mace and salt, chop well.

Take our in a bowl and add egg, cream, and yogurt to the minced meat.

Mix well with your hands and leave to rest for 10-15 minutes.

Fix the meat on the skewers and barbecue it, till golden.

Or heat oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until light brown.

Malai seekh kebab are ready, serve hot with chutney.
