These meat balls are delicious to eat and they also serve as a rich source of proteins.The chicken meat is a compete source of proteins. It also provides a range of vitamins.
Chicken Meat Balls Ingredients
- Chicken Mince 500g
- Onion 1
- Black pepper 1tsp
- Salt as to taste
- Fresh Coriander as needed (or 1-2 tbsp)
- Milk 1-2 cup
- Corn flour 5tbsp
- Green chillies 2-3
- Egg 1
- Bread slices 1 (if large),2(if small)
Chicken Meat Balls Cooking Directions

Soak bread slices in the bowl of milk.

Take out the slices and squeeze to pour out the milk.

Mix these slices in the minced chicken.

Put 1tsp of black pepper & 1-2 tbsp of coriander in the minced chicken.

Add 5tbsp of corn four in the mixture.

Put 1 chopped onion in the chicken.

Add salt as suited to your taste & put 2-3 green chillies.

Add an egg in the above mixture.

Mix all the mixture well.

Leave it for almost half an hour.

Oil your palms slightly and make small balls from the mixture.

Fry the balls and then take out to serve.

Insert a toothpick in each meat ball to give it a look of one-bite dish.

Tip: you can serve it with red sauce, any salsa, ketchup etc.
