This mincemeat recipe uses roasted spices that are then crushed and marinated in the mincemeat and then cooked on high flame. A very tasty and quick dish.
Galawat Ka Qeema (Mincemeat Stir Fried) Ingredients
- Mince 1 kg
- Whole chillies (roasted+grind) 10
- Cumin seed (roasted+grind) 2 tbsp
- Coriander (roasted+grind) 2 tbsp
- All spices powder 1 tsp
- Raw papaya 1 tbsp
- Gram flour (roasted+grind) 2 tbsp
- Curd 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Oil
Galawat Ka Qeema (Mincemeat Stir Fried) Cooking Directions

In mince put curd, raw papaya, ginger garlic paste, chilli flakes, gram flour, all spices powder, cumin seed, coriander and salt.

Marinate it for 2 hours.

Heat oil put marinated mince cook on high flame.

Remove from stove when gets dry.

Serve with parathas, salad and chutney.
