"Muthi Kabab" is a purely punjabi dish. The Punjabi people are known for their distinctive cooking style and taste.The kababs became so popular that the ruling class also used to come to the restaurant to eat the kababs.
Muthi Kabab Ingredients
- Gram flour 2 tbsp
- Minced meat 250 gm
- Coriander leaves as required
- Green chillies 2-3 finely chopped
- Mint as required
- Onion 1 finely chopped
- Tomato 1 ( medium size)finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Egg 1 beaten
- Chat masala 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli 1/2 tsp crushed
- Pomegranate seeds 1/2 tsp
- Oil to fry
Muthi Kabab Cooking Directions

Combine onion,tomato,coriander leaves,green chillies, salt, cumin,chat masala,red chilli,pomegranate seeds,egg and gram flour with the minced meat.

Make kababs by pressing it with fist, and fry them in hot oil.

Delicious kababs are ready.

Garnish muthi kababs with whole green chilli, sliced tomatoes, lemon and cucumber.

Serve with chutney.
