Spicy meatloaf is a delicious dish of the America. It's also extra-flavourful recipe that both kids and adults will love! Spicy meatload can be sliced and tossed in a tasty salad for a great light lunch or as a main meal.
Spicy Meat Loaf Ingredients
- Mince, Keema (thinly chopped) 500 gm (optional can use chicken keema)
- Onion (finely chopped) 1
- Green chillies (finely chopped) 4-5
- Garlic ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Butter, Makhan (softened) 3-4 tbsp
- Potatoes (medium size) 2-3
- Egg 1
- Fresh coriander (finely chopped) 2-3 tbsp
Spicy Meat Loaf Cooking Directions

Grate potatoes and immediately add into hot water and take out immediately.

Take a bowl with keema, add onion, coriander, chillies, ginger garlic paste, salt, butter, egg and potatoes.

Mix ingredients together very well.

Oil a meat loaf tin and pour the meat mixture into the tin.

Preheat oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 C.

Bake for a total of 30-40 minutes.

Once the mixture leaves the side of the tin, this will indicate that the meat loaf is cooked.

There will be excess water in the meat loaf that can be simply drained.

Serve warm with green beans and potato mash as a lunch or serve cold slices tossed in a salad.
