Macaroni and Cheese - Macaroni and cheese has it place in almost all the European cuisines. All the cuisines makes macaroni and cheese in their own style with different ingredients. Enjoy this recipe of macaroni and cheese with mozzarella cheese, carrots, tomatoes and capsicum.
Macaroni and Cheese Ingredients
- Macaroni 1 pack
- Capsicum 1
- Carrot 1
- Tomatoes 3
- Milk 1/2 liter
- Mozzarella cheese 1 pack
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Sautéed all purpose flour 1/2 cup
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Rosemary 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Macaroni and Cheese Cooking Directions

Boil macaroni and keep aside.

In a pan, add oil and flour, sauté.

In a separate pan boil milk.

When milk is about to reach a boiling point, add to sautéed flour and whisk until the mixture thickens.

Then add in rosemary, oregano, sliced capsicum, finely sliced carrot and salt to taste.

When the mixture is well-cooked, add boiled macaroni to it.

Allow it to simmer for some time and add more than half a pack of mozzarella cheese.

Simmer for a couple of minutes and pour the mixute in a dish.

Cover the top completely with tomato slices and sprinkle remaining grated mozzarella cheese.

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 c for 8 to 10 minutes.

When the color changes to a nice golden brown.

Macaroni Cheese is ready to serve.
