These chicken patties are not hard to make at home as they look. Crispy Chicken Patties are made with a delicious filling of chicken. A perfect party food to serve especially kids loves it.
Chicken Patties Ingredients
- Chicken boneless 100 gm (boiled)
- Black pepper to taste (crushed)
- Salt to taste
- Rue 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Puff pastry 100 gm
Chicken Patties Cooking Directions

Chop boiled boneless chicken.

In a frying pan add rue and water as required and cook to make a well combined mixture.

Add chicken, salt and pepper to taste; cook on low flame till chicken is tender.

Keep a side to cool down chicken.

Roll out puff pastry with a rolling pin and cut into 2 inch circles.

Grease a baking pan with butter or oil.

Place puff pastry circles on the tray and top with chicken mixture.

Put another piece on top, gently press well to seal. Lightly brush a beaten egg on top of the pastry.

Bake in a preheated oven at 230 f for 10 to 12 minutes.
