Italian Bruschetta with Oregano Ingredients
- Garlic Bread(cut into pieces) 1
- Olive Oil 2 tbsp
- Fresh oregano 1 - 2 tbsp
- Cheese 100 gms
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Firm Tomatoes(finely Chopped) 2-3
- Salt and White Pepper To Taste
Italian Bruschetta with Oregano Cooking Directions

Heat oil in a pan,add the garlic paste and saute for 1 minute.

Then add the tomatoes and saute for 5 minutes.

Season with the oregano and salt and pepper.

Take off the fire and keep aside.

Now spread some butter on each slice of garlic bread and top it with the tomato mixture.

Then sprinkle the cheese on it and bake for 10 minutes at 180 Degree C, till the base is crisp and the cheese melt properly.
