Apricot cream is a dessert. Apricot cream with gelatin and whipping cream and canned apricots.
Apricot Cream Ingredients
Apricots puree 1 cup
Cream whipped 1 cup
Evaporated milk chilled 1 cup
Sugar 6 ounces
Gelatin 1 1/2 tbsp
Apricot Cream Cooking Directions
Beat cup chilled evaporated milk till double, dissolve gelatin in water. Soak apricots in of water for 4 hours, remove seeds and blend apricots with sugar. Mix blended apricot puree in whipped evaporated milk. Also fold in dissolve gelatin and whipped cream, mix all together, put in a mold to set. Decorate with whipped cream and cherries.
