French dessert caramel pudding a smooth delight nutritious dessert for small kids and all.
Caramel Pudding Ingredients
- Egg 4
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Milk 2 cup
- For Caramel:
- Sugar 4 tbsp
Caramel Pudding Cooking Directions

Beat egg, sugar and milk.

Cook for 5 minutes.

Heat pan and pour sugar in it let it melt until it become dark brown.

Pour this sauce in pudding mould.

Now pour milk mixture in mould let it bake for 30-40 minutes.

Chef tip: Put little water in baking tray and then keep the pudding mould on tray to bake.
