A light fluffy mango delicacy made with beaten eggs and rich cream.
Mango Cream Souffle Ingredients
- 1 tin mango pulp (450 grm)
- 2-3 slices of mango in cubes
- 1 pack of whipping cold cream ( 220 ml)
- 3tbs sugar
- 2 tbs mango syrup
- I pack jelly (mango flavor)
- 1 sachet of cream stiffener
- 18 grm gelatin powder (makes 2 small sachets)
- Cream for topping
Mango Cream Souffle Cooking Directions

Make the jelly as directed and let it cool own in room temperature not in fridge

Take a big bowl and mix in the pulp, cold cream mango syrup cream stiffener and sugar

Whisk all together and then add in the cold jelly and also add gelatin and blend all together till all smooth

Turn over in a glass bowl and drop in the mango pieces and just mix it with a spoon

Cover with a cling and let it chill at least over night to have the best results
