Mango delight is my own sudden creation. First time I made this dessert with leftover ingredients. Everyone liked it so much and now in mango season it’s a must eaten dessert once a week. Cake rusk in every bite gives a delicate taste. It is a complete healthy delight with cake rusk, cream, custard, mango pulp and mango cube. Must try this you will love it.

Mango Delight Ingredients

  • Cake Rusk 250g
  • Mango (cube) 1
  • Vanilla custard 1 cup
  • Fresh mango puree 1 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Red syrup 1tbsp

Mango Delight Cooking Directions

  1. Beat sugar and cream until sugar dissolve.

  2. Take a serving dish and place cake rusk at bottom layer.

  3. Now arrange layer of mango cube (keep a side mango for garnish), cream, mango puree and custard. Garnish with mango and red syrup.

  4. Chill in fridge and serve.

  5. Note: You can also combine mango puree, cream, custard in a bowl and pour on cake rusk layer like in picture instead to different layers.
