A Paratha is an unleavened, pan fried Pakistani flat bread. Try out this delicious recipe of stuffed paratha. This tasty bread goes great with your favorite pickle. Recipe by Chef Gulzar.
Daal Ka Paratha Ingredients
- For dough:
- All-purpose flour 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Sugar as required
- For filling:
- Boiled Chickpeas 1 cup
- Whole Red Chili 2 to 3
- Whole Cumin 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Daal Ka Paratha Cooking Directions

In a mixing bowl add flour, sugar, salt and oil.

Now add water as required and knead it to form dough.

Leave it for few minutes.

In a chopper add boiled chick peas, salt, cumin and whole red chili and grind to make paste.

Now make balls of dough and with the help of rolling pin, roll out to make chapatti.

Soak edges with water and spread batter on the chapatti.

Now put another chapatti on top and sealed it and fry it.

Daal paratha is ready.
