This is a refreshing treat that is good hot or cold as an addition to any number of dishes, and can also be used as a condiment.
Chilli and Peach Salsa Ingredients
- Peaches 2
- Capsicum 1
- Mint few leaves
- Spring onions 2 stalks (green part)
- Onion 1
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Fresh red chillies 2
- Red chilli powder to taste
- Black pepper powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
Chilli and Peach Salsa Cooking Directions

De-seed peaches and capsicum cut into small cubes.

Finely cut mint, spring onions and fresh red chillies.

Dice onions.

Put all cut ingredients in a bowl.

Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh and powdered red chillies and mix.
