Here's a recipe of nice, one of a kind salad. Boiled, halved eggs served on a bed of salad leaves, topped with mayonnaise and olives and other delicious ingredients.
Egg Salad Ingredients
- Eggs hard boiled, peeled and halved 4
- Mayonnaise 300 ml
- Capers, salad leaves, stoned black olives, anchovies as desired
- Finely grated lemon zest as desired
Egg Salad Cooking Directions

Arrange salad leaves on a plate.

Top with halved eggs and spoon mayonnaise over them.

Scatter capers, anchovies and olives.

Add lemon zest and serve.
