Mango Chilli Salad Ingredients
Capsicum 1
Ginger 1 (small piece)
Mangoes 2
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander as required
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Mango Chilli Salad Cooking Directions
De-seed and cube capsicum, grate ginger.
Peel mangoes and dice, chop fresh coriander.
Mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt and coriander in a bowl.
Add capsicum, ginger and mangoes, mix thoroughly and serve.
