White Bean Mash With Rosemary and Garlic Ingredients
- White Beans Canned 1 can
- Garlic 3 Cloves thinly sliced
- Lemon Juice 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Crushed Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 60 ml
- Rosemary 2 sprigs fresh
White Bean Mash With Rosemary and Garlic Cooking Directions

In a food processor mash the beans to a fine pulp. season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Set in the serving bowl

Now cut the garlic into fine slices and remove the leaves of the rosemary from the sprig.

In a pan add the olive oil along with the sliced garlic and fresh rosemary
-
Add a generous pinch of salt then place on the fire and heat through until garlic is lightly golden and the rosemary is crisp but not burnt.

Now pour this over the mashed beans and serve warm or cold with pita crisps or bread slices.
