A quick meal you can fix your kids anytime of the day, for lunch box or a picnic basked. Enjoy it with your favorite salad.
Frankie Wrap Ingredients
- Chicken boneless 500 gm (cubed)
- Ginger 1 tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Green chili 4 (thinly sliced)
- Fresh coriander few leaves
- Onion 2 (roughly chopped and washed under cold water)
- Tamarind pulp ½ cup (thick)
- Salt to taste
- Garlic 1 tsp
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Clarified butter 3 tbsp
- Egg 3 (whipped)
- All purpose flour ½ kg
Frankie Wrap Cooking Directions

Mix flour, salt and clarified butter.

Then add water and knead dough.

Cover the dough and set aside.

Add ginger, garlic, salt and black pepper in chicken and cook it.

Then add coriander, green chilies and all spice. Mix well.

Add pinch of salt in eggs and whip them.

Now make small balls of dough.

Heat griddle on low flame.

Roll out the dough balls in small flatbreads.

Place the bread on griddle.

Immediately add 2 tbsp egg mixture on each bread.

Now add chicken in center on egg side.
-
Sprinkle onions and drizzle 1 tbsp tamarind pulp over it.

Roll in the bread.
-
Wrap in butter paper or aluminum foil and serve.
